Cold Water Immersion

The Science of Cold Water Immersion

Engineered with Michael Phelps for peak athletic recovery, nervous system resilience, and metabolic activation.

Rapid Muscle Recovery

Cold immersion constricts blood vessels, dramatically decreasing swelling and delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

Norepinephrine & Dopamine

Immersing in cold water stimulates a sustained 250% boost in dopamine and norepinephrine for hours of mental clarity.

Vagus Nerve Resilience

Regular cold exposure activates the parasympathetic nervous system, training your body to remain calm under physiological stress.

Continuous Cooling to 4°C

No ice bags required. Built-in industrial chillers and multi-stage filtration keep crystal clear water always ready at 4°C.
