Valaris Cold Tub

“We decided to spend Saturday looking for a hot tub and were blown away by World of Spas. The service by all the staff was exceptional, especially by Robbie. At no time did he pressure us but he was incredibly patient and his knowledge was second to none. Before he even suggested a hot tub he asked several questions about what we wanted before making thoughtful suggestions. We cancelled the rest of our visits and bought right then and there. Phenomenal experience for a big ticket item and I can’t recommend World of Spas enough!!”

“We recently purchased a hot tub from world of spas. It turned into a great experience. Ryan provided us with a great education of our options with no pressure to buy. Once we made the deal he took care of everything from setting up the electrical install to the delivery and set up of the tub. Ryan is still my go too when I need advice on ph, alkaline, and bromine levels. Super knowledgeable. You definitely won’t be disappointed purchasing from Ryan and World of Spas.”

“My husband and I recently purchased a hot tub from Master of Spas, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Nigel was fantastic to deal with - friendly, professional, respectful, and always willing to help. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
What really stood out was how Nigel went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, even after the sale. It's clear that customer service is a priority for him and the entire team. We also loved supporting a local family-owned business. In a world of big box stores, it was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation in the community.
Thank you, Nigel and the Master of Spas team, for such a great experience. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a hot tub!”

“We purchased our Michael Phelps Sweaty Goat infrared sauna a few months ago from Nigel! We use it daily since purchase and couldn’t be happier with it! Nigel was highly knowledgeable and professional from the beginning to the end! The Sweaty Goat has the easiest set up, very user friendly, gets nice and hot, and it is easy to keep clean! We cannot thank Nigel enough for helping us make the right choice for our family and our home! Cheers!”

“Amazing experience from the sales to the crew that came and installed it. Very kind and knowledgeable, they answered all questions and kept me updated along the way from purchase to delivery. We purchased the precision 7 salt master clear system and have had it for 2 weeks now. Super clear water no chemical smell and very easy to keep clean after initial fill. Can’t speak highly enough thank you Len for everything!”

“Stewart is an absolute pro at his job! I live in Lethbridge and had a frustrating experience with a hot tub repair company. They treated me poorly and sold me unnecessary parts, like a pump and circuit board relays, that would have cost me over $1,200. I only needed a simple fuse replacement. When I asked them to fix the damage they caused, they refused.

Thankfully, Stewart came to my rescue. He found a replacement pump that fits my hot tub perfectly and helped me reverse the damage done by the previous technician. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and I’ve never met anyone else who knows so much about hot tub repairs. I’m so grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone else. He deserves a raise or something to show appreciation for his valuable service.

Thanks, Stewart! I’m super impressed.”
